Inspired by the land we love

Farm-country character. Backyard resort comfort.

Prairie Oasis brings a fresh purpose to the familiar look of a corrugated grain bin. Our custom pool concept pairs agricultural character with a spacious swimming area and personalized outdoor features.

Our featured 30-foot pool is set partially into the ground. That means the exposed wall looks relatively low from the yard even though the swimming area is substantially deeper.

Whether you prefer the clean, exposed metal look or a deck that connects the pool to your patio, the design can be tailored to your space.

Why Prairie Oasis?

A better way to build your backyard oasis.

You shouldn't have to spend a small fortune or turn your backyard into a months-long construction site to enjoy a beautiful, spacious swimming pool.

01

Durability without the inground price tag

Traditional inground pools can cost well into six figures. Prairie Oasis uses proven agricultural design and smart construction methods to offer an impressive swimming experience at a substantially more approachable cost. Every project is quoted individually.

02

Installation in as little as two days

With the site prepared and the right project conditions, the pool installation itself may take as little as two days. Site work, decking, fencing, permits and other custom additions can require more time. We'll explain your project's schedule before work begins.

03

No down payment

Our goal is simple: earn your confidence before collecting payment. For qualifying pool installations, no down payment is required, and payment is due when the pool is filled and the agreed pool equipment is operating. Project terms and any separately contracted work are confirmed in writing.

The long-term value question

Could your pool practically pay for itself?

Here's an overlooked cost of pool ownership: property taxes. In some jurisdictions, a permanent inground pool can increase a property's assessed value and ongoing tax bill. Certain above-ground or removable pool installations may be treated differently.

That means the difference in long-term ownership costs could be substantial, especially when combined with a lower initial installation cost.

Explore your options

Want a “FREE” pool?

It's a provocative question worth asking. If a traditional inground pool increases your property taxes while an alternative installation doesn't, the tax savings over time could offset part—or potentially all—of the alternative pool's purchase cost.

Important: This is a hypothetical comparison, not a promise of a free pool or tax exemption. Tax assessments depend on your county, installation type, improvements, and applicable law. Ask your local assessor how each option would be classified before relying on savings.

Standard pool equipment

Included with every installation.

A complete swimming pool system, not simply a grain bin filled with water. We build in the equipment and insulation that make your pool comfortable, convenient, and ready to enjoy.

Upgraded pump & filtration

An oversized circulation pump, upgraded filter, skimmer and return fittings are designed to keep water moving and properly filtered.

Inline saltwater chlorine generator

An inline saltwater chlorination system generates chlorine as part of the pool's circulation system, reducing the need for routine manual chlorine additions.

Heating & cooling heat pump

A heat/chill pump provides temperature control so you can warm the water on cooler days and cool it when summer heat drives temperatures too high.

Complimentary insulated foundation upgrade

A rigid foamboard floor base, six-inch foam cove and wall insulation create a more comfortable, protected pool interior.

Solar cover & reel

A solar cover and reel system help retain warmth, limit evaporation and make covering and uncovering the pool easier.

Safety & professional installation

Water bonding, required permits and inspections are included in the installation scope, with electrical and safety details handled according to applicable local requirements.

Standard equipment specifications and installation details are confirmed in your custom written quote. Decking, fencing and other site-specific work are quoted according to the project.

Made for your backyard

Thoughtful details. Flexible designs.

Every pool is custom planned. Choose the features that suit your property, your budget, and the people who will enjoy it.

01 / ENTRY

Custom steps & shallow landing

Entry systems can be tailored to pool depth and client preference. Our featured installation includes extended steps and a submerged composite landing approximately eight inches below the water.

02 / DECKING

Partial or full decking

Keep the corrugated walls visible, add a practical partial deck, or create a generous deck that makes the pool part of your outdoor living area.

03 / COMFORT

Solar cover system

A solar cover and reel can help retain heat and reduce evaporation, with a setup planned around the shape and access points of your pool.

04 / FINISHING

Clean top-edge detailing

Thoughtful edging and trim give the galvanized pool wall a finished, intentional appearance.

05 / SAFETY

Perimeter fencing

Black metal fencing can complement the deck while defining the pool enclosure. Final height, gates, latches, and barrier design must satisfy applicable local requirements.

06 / INSTALLATION OPTIONS

Above ground, partially buried, or hillside

Every property is different, and your pool can be designed to work with the land. Choose a fully above-ground installation, a partially below-grade installation, or a hillside or sloped-site layout where one side meets the surrounding ground and the opposite side remains exposed above grade. A fully below-ground installation may also be possible, but only when site location, soil, drainage, access, and other conditions make it suitable. We evaluate these factors before confirming the installation approach in your custom quote.

Pool safety: Adult supervision, appropriate barriers, compliant gates, and safe swimming practices are essential. A shallow landing does not make diving safe; diving should not be permitted unless a pool is specifically designed and approved for it. Confirm all construction, electrical, fencing, and permitting requirements with local authorities.
